Me llamo Shahnaz y soy la fundadora, propietaria y diseñadora de EverCraftia. Mi trayectoria en la joyería comenzó con un profundo amor por la artesanía y una apreciación por los pequeños detalles que transforman una pieza común en algo significativo. Siempre me atrajo crear cosas a mano: moldear, refinar y dar vida a las ideas de forma lenta y reflexiva. Su trabajo garantiza que cada artículo cumpla con nuestros estándares, no solo en cuanto a apariencia, sino también en durabilidad y acabado. Una vez terminada una pieza, se entrega a Gwen, nuestra despachadora y especialista en logística. Gwen se asegura de que cada pedido se gestione con cuidado desde el momento en que sale de nuestras manos hasta que llega a las suyas. Empaqueta cada pieza con cuidado, revisa cada detalle y prepara los pedidos para una entrega segura y puntual. After each piece is carefully crafted, it is passed into the hands of James, our finisher. James plays a crucial role in our process. The final shine, smooth edges, and refined details you see are the result of his patience and precision.
Once a piece is complete, it moves to Gwen, our dispatcher and fulfillment specialist. Gwen ensures that every order is handled with care from the moment it leaves our hands to the moment it reaches yours. She carefully packages each piece, checks every detail, and prepares orders for safe and timely delivery. Her role is about more than shipping—it’s about making sure your EverCraftia experience feels thoughtful and reliable from start to finish.
