Fruit in een aparte koekenpan 2 eetlepels olijfolie, 4 teentjes fijngehakte knoflook en 1/2 theelepel gedroogde munt, bak 2 minuten of tot je de knoflookgeur ruikt en giet het dan over de Kishk in de andere koekenpan. Laat een minuut koken.4. Kan geserveerd worden met geroosterd pitabrood. Radijs past er ook goed bij.Er zijn nog meer recepten online te vinden als je even zoekt. Sommige worden gemaakt met deeg als topping.

2. When the onion becomes tender, add 4 tablespoons of Kishk, 1 liter of water and stir until they dissolve.
3. In a separate skillet, sautee 2 table spoons olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic and 1/2 teaspoon dried mint, cook for 2 minutes or until you smell the fragrance of garlic, then pour over the Kishk in the other skillet. Boil for a minute.
4. Can be served with toasted pita bread. Radish also can match with it.
