Frequently asked questions
How do digital downloads work?
After your payment goes through, your files are ready in Purchases on Etsy.com, and Etsy emails you a link too. Download them on a computer or a mobile browser (the Etsy app can't download files). Nothing is shipped.
How do I print my card?
Print the fold-and-print PDF double-sided on US Letter cardstock at "Actual size" (100%), flipping on the short edge. Trim along the marks and fold it in half to make a 5x7 card. Try one copy on plain paper first. No printer? Take the 5x7 PDF to a local print shop.
What paper should I use?
Matte white or cream cardstock works well. Check that your printer can feed cardstock. Printed colors can look a little different depending on your printer and paper.
How soon will I get my personalized card?
We make your files after you order and send them through Etsy within 24 to 48 hours. You'll get an email when they're ready. For Halloween, please order by Thursday, October 29. We type your words exactly as written, so please double check spelling.
Can I get a card of my own dog?
Yes! We can make a custom card from a photo of your dog for $12.99. Send us a message with your dog's photo and we'll get you started.
Can I return a digital file?
Because these are digital files, returns aren't accepted. If a file won't open, looks wrong, or prints blurry, message us and we'll fix it.
Can I share or sell the printables?
