5 de 5 estrellasPedí este artículo y allí como un error en mi pedido y me enviaron el pedido incorrecto. Luego me puse en contacto con el soporte y hablé con un gerente. Ella fue muy profesional y se encargaron de mi pedido y enviaron lo que compré originalmente sin costo adicional. Esta empresa es ALTAMENTE recomendable.

1 de 5 estrellasCaused more stress than it should have. Messaged seller previous to purchasing cups about what we wanted designed for our wedding, said there wouldn't be an issue. After purchased they we had to provide all the files/formats for our images. Which would have been fine if he would've first said that. I sent him multiple and they kept saying they were not understanding what we wanted, after sending it multiple times. We finally just got Or money back.

We communicated clearly, as we always do and made you aware what we needed to provide you with a fantastic product and a great experience. We told you that we need the art files in a vector format as you only sent over pictures. You then sent over very confusing instructions, we asked you to please call us or conversely, if you would like to use a graphic artist to assist (we mentioned fiver for a low-cost alternative). We have provided thousands of clients products. We are that sorry you felt we should be able to read your mind, however, as soon as you asked for a refund we sent it to you with the hope you could find what you are looking for. We want our customer experiences to be wonderful and stress-free...like every other positive review we have had. Good luck to you on your wedding!

5 de 5 estrellasThese were super cute! Worked out well for the ice cream social. They were bigger than I thought but I actually liked that they were because it kept it cleaner for the kids and the adults could enjoy a few scoops In these. Fast shipping!
