It causes the nail not to lay as straight as it should. My husband being OCD type is a bit bothered by his necklace. Upon this review Linda from Getting Bent reached out to me. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with and the customer service from this small business was outstanding! With complete understanding to my husband’s issue. Linda offered to send us a new cross, no cost to us. This business has wonderful customer with complete ease. Their products are absolutely beautiful and made with high quality.
