Our products are digital downloads, delivered instantly after payment. Because files can't be returned once downloaded, all sales are final, except in the cases below.

We will fix or refund your purchase if:
• the file is damaged, won't open or is missing pages, and we can't fix it within 3 business days of your message;
• the product is materially different from its listing description;
• you were charged twice for the same product (the duplicate charge is refunded);
• you bought the wrong product and have not downloaded it (contact us within 14 days and we'll swap it or refund it).

How to ask: send us a message through Etsy or email hello@gracepathventures.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. Our first step is always to help: fix the file, send the right version or help you set it up.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Etsy. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, or the buyer-protection rules of Etsy.

EU and UK buyers: Where required by applicable consumer law, Etsy's digital-content consent process should be used so the buyer expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges any resulting loss of the statutory cancellation right. If the required consent is not obtained, applicable cancellation rights remain in effect. Platform rules and mandatory consumer protections still apply.

Picked the wrong product? We're happy to swap it.
• Not downloaded yet: exchange for any product within 14 days. If the new product costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.
• Already downloaded: one exchange per order, within 14 days, for a product of equal or lower price. Tell us briefly why it didn't fit your needs.

To exchange, message us through Etsy or email hello@gracepathventures.com with your order number and the product you'd like instead.

• Language swap: if a product is available in English, Spanish or French, we'll send you another language version free of charge, any time.
• Upgrade to a bundle: within 30 days, the full price you paid counts toward any bundle that includes your product. You just pay the difference.

Every purchase includes the Standard License. Organizations that share a product with staff or volunteers buy the Organization License.

Standard License: included with every purchase. Covers 1 person or 1 business / organization, for its own use. Printing is unlimited for the buyer's own use, with no copies for members, clients, families or students. Sharing is not permitted: the file is kept and used by the buyer, not shared with staff or volunteers.

Organization License: $99 per product · $249 per bundle. Covers ONE organization with up to 25 staff or volunteers. The digital file may be shared internally with those authorized users through a private shared drive, intranet or LMS behind a login. Printed copies may be provided to the members, clients, families or students the organization directly serves.

Larger organizations: quote by email. Covers more than 25 staff or volunteers, or several locations of the same organization. Internal sharing across the listed locations.

Within 30 days of purchase, the amount paid for a Standard License counts toward an Organization License or a bundle that includes the product.

You may: print as often as you need, fill in and keep completed copies, and customize the file for your own use (add your name or logo, edit text).

You may not: resell, share publicly, give away or include the files (original or edited) in anything you sell or distribute; remove GracePath copyright notices; or use the files to train AI models.

Our products are organizational templates, not legal, medical, financial, tax or religious advice. They are provided as is, and our liability is limited to the price you paid. The full license terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without limiting consumer rights in your own country.
