She was very patient with my requests for new sketches and put a lot of effort into making sure I was happy with the result. The charms are super adorable! Perfect to wear as an earring charm, part of a charm stack, or even on their own. I'm looking forward to purchasing more in the future for myself and as gifts for friends and family!
