What happens if I place an order accidentally?
As per our shop policies, we do not accept order cancellations. Please ensure that you are diligent with your cart when checking out.
Our reasoning:
- In most cases, the packing and shipping process is initiated shortly after an order is placed.
- Listings are removed from the shop, preventing other buyers from viewing and purchasing the same item.
- Our shop is charged an additional listing fee to relist a cancelled order.
We understand that accidents happen; however, it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that your cart contains only the items that you wish to purchase.
What happens if the mailing address I provided is incorrect or incomplete (e.g., missing the unit/apartment number)?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address if the package has not yet left the post office. We will also advise you to contact your local post office as they may hold the package following a failed delivery attempt.
In the event that such packages are returned to sender, we will contact you to discuss your options. Please note that our shop is not responsible for the following costs in these cases:
- return-to-sender postage
- postage to re-ship the order
- non-refundable fees charged to our shop for the order
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Every order ships fully tracked, and fragile pieces are packed with great care to arrive safely. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands — we’re not able to take responsibility for carrier loss or theft after that point, but we’ll always help you open a claim and track it down.
