Comencé mi negocio por necesidad personal. Un año en Navidad, estaba buscando un collar de estrellas de plata esterlina para mi hija, Katie. No había ninguno. (¡Esto fue hace bastantes años, ahora están en todas partes!) Finalmente terminé buscando un encanto en Auntie's Beads, y descubrí el hermoso mundo de las cuentas.

Utilizo una variedad de materiales para mis diseños, todos de primera calidad. ¡El plástico no encuentra su camino en nada de lo que diseño! A veces mezclo artículos vintage con nuevos materiales... Me encanta lo vintage, las cosas con historia: tuve un negocio de antigüedades durante 8 años en Wilmington NC antes de venir a Texas.

Siempre he estado involucrado en el arte, comenzando en la escuela primaria. He pintado, publicado poesía, bailado jazz y he pasado muchos años en el teatro como actor. Ahora creo "arte portátil", mis diseños de joyas.

I started my business out of personal need. One year at Christmas, I was looking for a sterling silver star necklace for my daughter, Katie. There was not one to be found. (This was quite a few years ago, now they are everywhere!) I finally ended up looking for a charm at Auntie's Beads, and discovered the beautiful world of beads.

I use a variety of materials for my designs, all top quality. Plastic does not find its way into anything I design! Sometimes I do mix vintage items in with new materials...I love vintage, things with history - I had an antiques business for 8 years in Wilmington NC before coming to Texas.

I've always been involved in art, beginning in elementary school. I've painted, published poetry, jazz danced and spent many years in theatre as an actor. Now I create "wearable art", my jewelry designs.
