These would be great forms for anyone but especially beginners. I'm not new to keto, but I'm restarting after a long break and want to just start over with the basics and wanted some printable to help me with tracking and quick references. This has all that in the bundle. Worth the cost for sure.

I'm just starting eating Keto. This list of foods is more than a list of can and can not have foods. Each food is rated Best, Better, Alright and Avoid. Also has the fiber count, carbs, fat, protein and calories. Highly recommend?
