How do I download my digital products?
1. Log into your Etsy account via the Etsy website.
2. Click on your profile
3. Click on ''purchases and reviews''
4. Select ''download files''
5. Open your files and viola!
I haven't received my digital download! What do I do?
Occassionally, once you've purchased your digital product, it may not be available into your purchases tab. Wait a few minutes and try to relog back into your account.
If you are still expeirencing problems, feel free to contact me and I can directly send your product to you via email or Etsy direct messaging.
Will I receive a physical product?
No, you will not. I only offer digital products in my shop.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products, I do not offer refunds, however, if you have any problems or concerns, please don't hesitate to message me.
