Quizás te preguntes por qué se menciona "Laboratorio" en el nombre. Es sencillo: considero mi día a día como un campo de pruebas. Soy de esas personas que intentan optimizar y organizar absolutamente todo con hojas de cálculo. Constantemente experimento, ajusto fórmulas y creo paneles de control para que mis rutinas sean más prácticas y menos caóticas.
Cada plantilla y herramienta de seguimiento que ves en esta tienda no fue creada solo para venderse, sino para mí. Solo vendo productos que yo misma utilizo.
Mi filosofía principal: Nada de hojas de cálculo "monstruosas".
Notarás que no vendo plantillas enormes y excesivamente complicadas con docenas de pestañas. ¿Por qué? Porque en la práctica, las hojas de cálculo complejas requieren demasiado tiempo para completarlas, leerlas y comprenderlas.
Seamos sinceros: rara vez necesitas un sinfín de análisis y cientos de gráficos para las tareas cotidianas. Si una herramienta de seguimiento requiere más tiempo para gestionarse que la propia tarea, está defectuosa.
En cambio, me centro en crear herramientas que sean:
• Minimalista y limpio: Solo las métricas que realmente necesitas ver.
• Altamente automatizado: Usted introduce los números y las fórmulas inteligentes se encargan del trabajo pesado.

You might be wondering about the "Laboratory" in the name. It’s simple: I treat my daily life as a testing ground. I am that person who tries to optimize and organize absolutely everything using spreadsheets. I am constantly experimenting, tweaking formulas, and building dashboards to make my own routines more convenient and less chaotic.
Every tracker and template you see in this shop wasn't just made to be sold—it was created for me. I only sell things I actually use myself.
My Core Philosophy: No "Monster" Spreadsheets
You will notice that I don’t sell massive, overly complicated templates with dozens of tabs. Why? Because in the real world, complex spreadsheets take way too much time to fill out, read, and understand.
Let's be honest: you rarely need endless analytics and a hundred charts for everyday tasks. If a tracker takes more time to manage than the task itself, it’s broken.
Instead, I focus on building tools that are:
