The item has arrived. I worked with the store several times. Beautiful and quality item. Great workmanship! We discussed several times between the stole changes. It was shipped out on the due date to me, but the initial questionnaire asked when the graduation was. It was received the day before but definitely made me nervous. 2 or 3 days between each communication but the process worked in the end. That is what’s important. I am satisfied and appreciative to the store owner.
