I sincerely apologize for the confusion. Our production is based in India, and this is clearly mentioned on our profile. However, since you needed your fixture as quickly as possible, instead of having the fixture shipped to us first and then forwarding it to you, we arranged for it to be shipped directly to your address. That is why this situation occurred. Please don’t worry about paying any additional taxes. We take care of all the applicable taxes when we arrange the shipment, so you should not need to pay any other tax for the fixture. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
