Returns, exchanges, cancellations

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before the item has shipped

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

EXCHANGES
I do offer exchanges, however; some of my items are one-of-a-kind and can not be exchanged. I will issue a full refund in this case.

Refunds

REFUNDS
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it for a refund, minus the cost of shipping. You must return the item or items within 14 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a refund. Items must be in original packaging and unworn. I currently do not offer refunds on custom orders.
A tracking number and insurance is recommended when you send your item back. A bubble wrap envelope is also recommended for all pieces when returned.
