Hola, mi nombre es Fleur y comencé Motif Studio para compartir mi amor por la costura y el diseño de patrones.
¡Espero que coser estos patrones te traiga alegría, algo de tiempo libre y algo que te guste y estés orgulloso de usar al final!
Coser es una habilidad tan meditativa que realmente tienes que concentrarte y nunca parece funcionar si estás de mal humor o estresado. Coser puede ser muy relajante y, personalmente, ha sido muy terapéutico en tiempos difíciles.
He estado cosiendo desde que mi abuela me enseñó cuando era joven, estudié Textiles durante toda la escuela y luego estudié Diseño Textil en la Universidad, donde recibí mi licenciatura en Central Saint Martins. Después de graduarme, trabajé en diferentes áreas de la industria de interiores durante muchos años, lo que me ayudó a desarrollar mis habilidades de diseño y, mientras vivía en Melbourne, estudié patronaje en el RMIT. He estado haciendo mis propios bolsos desde que aprendí a coser cuando era joven y me encanta poder compartir esta pasión contigo.

Sewing is such a meditative skill, you really have to focus and it never seems to work if you are in a bad mood or stressed. Sewing can be so calming and has personally been so therapeutic during challenging times.
I have been sewing since I was taught by my grandmother when I was young, studied Textiles all throughout school and went on to study Textile Design at University where I received my BA from Central Saint Martins. After graduating I worked in different areas of the Interiors industry for many years which helped me develop my design skills and whilst living in Melbourne I studied pattern making at the RMIT. I have been making my own bags ever since I learned to sew at a young age and love that I can share this passion with you.
