I have purchased 31 items on ETSY and have never had difficulty. until i ordered from NinjaKittyStudio. I thought i had ordered a printed product, but i see now it was a PDF, which i havent a clue where to start with. I was offered no means of correcting this problem by the Studio. I work with the public and i know there are always options. I will find my geeky wares elsewhere. Read the fine print this woman is unbending.
