BLITZUNITEDSTATES PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what personal information BlitzUnitedStates collects when you buy from our Etsy shop, how we use it, and the choices you have.


1. WHO WE ARE

BlitzUnitedStates is an Etsy shop selling digital templates. For the purposes of data protection law, BlitzUnitedStates is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Etsy is separately responsible for the information it collects when you use its platform; see Etsy's own Privacy Policy for details.


2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you buy from us, Etsy shares some of your information with us so we can complete your order:

- Order details: your name, your Etsy username, the items you bought, the price and the order date.
- Contact details: your email address, if Etsy provides it with your order.
- Messages: anything you send us through Etsy messages, such as support questions.
- Billing location: the country or address Etsy collects at checkout, where Etsy shares it with sellers.

We do not receive or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Etsy.


3. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT: YOUR TEMPLATES AND YOUR PRACTICE DATA

Our products are templates you copy into your own Notion workspace or Google Drive. Once you duplicate or copy a template:

- The copy belongs to you and lives in your own account.
- We have no access to it. We cannot see, open or receive any information you enter, including client records, session notes or billing details.
- Your use of Notion and Google is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

You are responsible for how you store client information in your copies. The templates are organizational tools, not an electronic health record (EHR), and are not HIPAA-compliant on their own.


4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information above only to:

- Deliver your purchase and give you access to the files.
- Answer your questions and provide support.
- Handle refunds, disputes and order issues.
- Keep records we are legally required to keep, such as for tax and accounting.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. If we ever send you a message about a new product, it will only be through Etsy, and only where Etsy's rules allow it.


5. LEGAL BASES (FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE EU AND UK)

We rely on these legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:

- Contract: to deliver your order and provide support.
- Legal obligation: to keep records for tax and accounting.
- Legitimate interests: to protect our shop against fraud and to resolve disputes.


6. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share your information only when needed to run the shop:

- Etsy, which hosts the shop, processes payments and delivers digital downloads.
- Professional advisers, such as an accountant, where needed for tax or legal purposes.
- Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

Some of these parties may store information outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards they provide.


7. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep order information for as long as needed to provide support and handle any disputes, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require (often several years). Support messages are kept for as long as they are useful for your order. After that, we delete or anonymize the information we control. Etsy keeps its own copy of your order under its own policy.


8. HOW WE PROTECT IT

We keep your information within Etsy's systems wherever possible and limit who can see it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.


9. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it by law.
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.
- Receive your information in a portable format.
- Complain to your local data protection authority (for example, in the EU or UK).

If you live in a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, such as California, you may have similar rights to know, correct and delete your information. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

To make a request, contact us through Etsy messages. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires.


10. CHILDREN

Our products are made for professionals and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.


11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on our shop page, with the date it took effect.
