ABOUT VLINDER JEWELS

Vlinder jewels is a line of unique, classic minimalist jewelry.
All of my Etsy jewels are designed & handcrafted in the Netherlands. I also sell jewellery charms so that you can also make your own unique jewellery!
All the metals and chains I use are made of stainless steel, so that it stays beautiful, even if you use it with water. Every item is cruelty-free and does not contain any leather, suede, silk, feather, horn, tooth, bone, ivory or fur.

I make all our jewelry by hand, which requires time and care :)
Production times vary from 1 to 2 business days, depending on the amount of orders we have at a given time. When you reach checkout, Etsy will give you the ship-by date as well as an estimate of the delivery timeframe.

ABOUT SHIPPING

Your order will ship from the Netherlands.
The timeframes for delivery are :
- Netherlands : 1 to 2 days
- Europe : 3 to 6 days
- United Kingdom: 3 to 6 days
- United States: 6 to 14 days
Before clicking "Buy", make sure your address on file is accurate. You can register multiple addresses on Etsy, so if your order is a gift for someone else, simply select "Ship to a New Adress".
GIFT ORDERS
All our jewels will come packaged and ready-to-gift.
To offer you the most affordable shipping rates & avoid unnecessary waste, we may pack two or three necklaces in one large box instead of multiple small boxes, so if you need separate boxes, make sure to notify us. If you need to differentiate multiple gifts, please leave us a note so we can add labels on each package.
TRACKING
Only packages from €16,95 and above will be send with a tracking number. You can check the tracking of your order anytime by clicking the "Track Package" button on your Etsy Purchase page.
Please note that tracking does not update at every single step, it may only update at the time of entrance in the country and final delivery. Lack of tracking does not indicate lack of movement, unless the maximum delivery timeframe (as specified above) has passed.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If you provided an incomplete or incorrect address, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from it, and we cannot make any corrections once the package has shipped.

- Wear your jewellery with love, than it will stay beautiful :-)
- You can swim with the jewellery :-)
- Avoid spraying perfumes or applying cosmetics on the skin in contact with the jewels.
