Per me, l'uncinetto e il lavoro a maglia sono più di un semplice hobby. Non è nemmeno una passione. Mi hanno aiutato a nutrire la mia salute mentale in alcuni momenti davvero difficili. Tenere le mani e la mente occupate era come meditare in un momento in cui lottavo per mantenere la mente ferma. E ogni volta che creavo qualcosa di bello mi sentivo orgoglioso di me stesso. Ha scatenato più di una semplice gioia, ha scatenato un più profondo senso di guarigione.
