He struggles in social situations, so having something structured like this is really helpful. We’re looking forward to putting it into practice and seeing how it goes 😊

Is this a physical book?
No, nothing will arrive in the post. Every product in this shop is a digital PDF. The moment your payment clears, Etsy sends a download link to your email and saves a copy in your account under Purchases and Reviews. You can open it on your phone, tablet or laptop and get started straight away.
Will the weights and measurements be in metric or imperial?
All guides use metric as standard - kilograms, centimetres and kilometres throughout. If a guide includes imperial equivalents as well, that will be mentioned in the listing description. If you need a specific guide converted, just message me and I will do my best to help.
Do I need a proper gym for this?
Not necessarily. Every programme in this shop has been written with flexibility in mind. Most can be done with a basic set of dumbbells at home, and where a specific piece of equipment is needed the session notes will suggest a practical alternative. Check the individual listing for kit requirements before you buy if you are unsure.
Where do I find my files after purchase?
Etsy sends a download link to your email as soon as payment goes through. You can also find everything by logging into Etsy on a web browser - the app can be unreliable for downloads - then going to your profile and selecting Purchases and Reviews. Your file will be there waiting. If you have any trouble, message me directly and I will sort it out.
I'm a complete beginner - can I still do this?
Yes. Every programme in this shop is written to be accessible regardless of your starting point. You do not need to be fit to begin - that is what the programme is for. Each guide starts with the foundations, explains the movements clearly, and builds progressively from there. If you are unsure whether a specific guide is right for your level, the listing description will tell you, or feel free to message me before you buy.
