I took a few stars off because it arrived dented and the straw broken. Probably due to the packaging which was just a plain bag with a single piece of cardboard. No bubble wrap or paper. There was nothing to support the cup for transit in the bag. But the overall print was amazing and the cup still works just has a dent in the bottom.
