Very cheap product. It broke immediately. Not quality construction. I would not buy again.

Hello Don, As I mentioned, it broke because it was mishandled by the shipping company. The PiVault isn't meant to be unbreakable because you need to be able to access the key even if you ever end up without means of powering it. I have offered you a path to both a refund through a claim and/or a new part shipped to you. I have sold nearly 150 of them so far and nobody else has complained about the construction.
