Hello there! I'm Katrina, a passionate illustrator, graphic and web designer calling sunny southern Illinois home. I've been immersed in art for as long as I can remember, and my professional design journey began back in 2006. In 2016, with a little nudge from my wonderful family and friends, I took the plunge and launched Poison Pen Design Studio. Believe it or not, it all started with a single listing—a Fetty Wap inspired Valentine's Day card that I crafted for a dear friend. Things took an exciting turn when my work was featured in a Buzzfeed list, and from there, my cozy Etsy shop took flight!

Every day brings new inspirations my way, and that's what you'll find in the diverse range of listings I offer. It all began with physical greeting cards, designed with love for my friends. Over time, I added digital art prints, capturing moments of artistic inspiration. Earlier this year, as the world started grappling with Covid-19, an idea sparked.
