It is made for every hospital, on purpose. No employer's rates, tiers or rules are baked in. You enter your own base rate, differentials, accrual model and cap, and everything runs on your numbers. A policy-patterns page helps you recognize which system your hospital uses.

Yes, if you earn PTO in hours, work a repeating pattern of shifts, and can pick up extra shifts, the method is yours. The examples follow a nurse because that is who asked for it first.

I am the designer: the method, the examples, and the numbers are mine, drawn from real nurse pay structures and real hospital policies, and I verified the math figure by figure. AI tools helped me produce the products and the free companion app, the way design software or a spreadsheet helps any maker. Etsy asks sellers to say when AI was involved, so I am saying it in the open: human-directed and human-checked, built with AI help.

Digital files cannot be returned, but I stand behind these. If a file will not open, or the math ever looks wrong for your numbers, message me within 14 days and I will fix it or refund you. I would rather make it right than keep an unhappy sale.
