Dexter is one of my favorite shows and this tumbler is amazing.

I ordered a berkowitz sticker a while ago and I believe it most likely got lost in the mail. Amanda sent me another one and the sticker is so cute and I love it!

I'd really love to give the seller a 5 star honestly. But as a small business owner and a tumbler maker myself. I find it difficult to believe that my order from 1/28/2021 just arrived yesterday 4/6/2021. At the beginning Amanda kept me in the loop on things and what was the delay. As a custom tumbler maker myself, I know that there complications to finishing the work sometimes. But it shouldn't take longer than a week or two to complete one order. After a while the updates just stopped and I had given her all the time needed. But after that, I got no updates. I had to message her to get a reply and see what was happening. There was an issue with my address which never happened but she had to send it again. Overall, the tumbler is 5 stars, straw broke as I opened it. But lack of communication and such a long delay is ridiculous
