ShopSPGoods

This privacy policy explains how ShopSPGoods handles information provided through Etsy.

To fulfill your order, respond to questions, or provide customer support, ShopSPGoods may receive information such as your name, Etsy account details, order details, and—when a physical item is purchased—your shipping address. Etsy processes payment information; ShopSPGoods does not receive your full payment card number.

Information is used only as needed to fulfill orders, provide customer service, comply with Etsy's Seller Policy and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. ShopSPGoods does not independently use buyer information for unsolicited marketing.

Information may be shared with Etsy as necessary to use the marketplace, and with service providers only as needed to fulfill an order. For physical products, this can include Printify and the disclosed production partner, Printed Simply, for manufacturing and shipping. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

ShopSPGoods retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements, then deletes or securely disposes of it when no longer needed.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions. To ask a privacy question or make a request, contact ShopSPGoods through Etsy Messages. You may also contact Etsy directly about information controlled by Etsy.
