Typically, it takes 1–2 weeks to complete your order. Shipping adds another 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please allow a bit of extra time during high-volume periods or for highly customized items.

To care for leather:

. Use leather conditioner every 3–6 months
. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture to preserve its appearance
How do I track my shipment, and what if there’s an issue?
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped. If a non-custom item arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days—we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund. While custom items can’t be returned, we do fix manufacturing flaws at no cost.
Can I edit or cancel an order? Do you offer gift notes?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase. We also offer free gift notes—add a message (up to 100 characters) during checkout, and we’ll include it in the package.
Why does my leather item have wrinkles after shipping, and how can I fix them?
It’s normal for genuine leather to show slight wrinkles or creases due to folding or pressure during shipping. These can typically be removed with a few simple steps:
Lay the item flat or hang it to allow the leather to naturally relax
Gently steam the leather using steam from a hot shower or a steamer
Use low heat with a hair dryer or warm iron over a cloth to smooth the wrinkles
Apply a leather conditioner to keep the leather soft and nourished
Avoid direct heat or moisture. For delicate or custom leather items, professional care is recommended.
