Where is my order and how long will it take to arrive?
Please note that the free shipping that is offered is by Canada Post Regular Mail (no tracking, letter mail) only, and could take up to 30 days for delivery. Kindly take the processing time into account as well. If you choose to proceed with our free shipping method via untracked letter mail, please note that we are not responsible for late package deliveries. If you require an item to be delivered on an urgent basis (i.e. a gift), we provide options for upgraded shipping at an additional cost.

The sizing details for each product varies. Please see the measurements for each individual item in the description section of the product page.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to items being handcrafted, you may encounter small imperfections such as tiny air bubbles or slightly ridged edges. Please know that sometimes, though we try our best, these cannot be completely avoided and this is not a fault of the item. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been customized or personalized (dog tags, personalized coasters, etc.). If your item has been damaged/defective upon delivery or there is an issue with the quality of the product before use, photos of the item as well as a summary of how the item became damaged is required before a refund is offered. If you would like to request a refund, please mail the item back to the return address. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If an item you would like to purchase is out of stock, please send us a message to check the restock date and availability. One-of-a-kind items listed in our shop such as limited coaster or tray sets will not be restocked as they are intended to be unique.
