I'm a 40 something year old ;) who loves all things related to Essential Oils. They have been Total Game Changers for our family and the way I think about living the good life with improved health. Safety and proper use is huge for me, they are super potent and need to be respected!
I LOVE Hawaii. The Big Island to be specific. Its the place I go to in my head (and in person when airfare is cheap enough and my husband accrues enough miles) that provides me with an inner peace that many only dream of achieving.
It only made sense for me to combine the things I love to help create my inner peace when I can't be chilling on the Big Island. My place for self care, other then island life, include sewing, oils, and a happy little one!
When I have time to sew it is a great outlet for me. I wish I could have a day I consistently upload on but bouncing from therapy to therapy for my daughter complicates things. Send me a convo with questions about customs.
