Hey there! I'm Carolina, a materials science enthusiast all the way from Portugal. So thrilled to have you at GeekElementStore, where we're all about crafting cute, sustainable goodies for teachers and students designed with love and a dash of science.
Teaching is practically coded in my DNA, with a family full of educators. But you know what really gets my heart racing? Learning itself. The idea of life beyond university is a mix of nerves and excitement. I mean, how is life without those classroom moments? That's one reason why I started GeekElementStore. It's my way of staying hooked to the world of learning, my family, and the awesome lessons they taught me.
From all the subjects I’ve had in school over the years, chemistry has always been my favorite. Seriously, the whole atoms-bonding thing blows my mind every time. It’s like magic, but real! And I think it’s quite inspiring. Makes me thing about small things. Acts of kindness that change someone’s day, the impact of taking my trusty tote bag to the store. Even sourcing eco-friendly pouch bags can create ripples of positivity across the globe.
As one of our core values, sustainability is our North Star when picking out new products.
