How do I download my pattern/file?
After payment is confirmed, your file will be available for instant download in your Purchases and Reviews section on Etsy. Etsy also sends an email receipt with a download link.
The download link isn't working on the Etsy App.
The Etsy mobile app does not support digital downloads. You must use a desktop computer or a mobile web browser (like Safari, Chrome, etc.) and log in to Etsy to download your files from your Purchases page.
