Delivered But Not Found
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
Double-check your mailbox and surroundings
Ask neighbors or building reception, as packages are sometimes picked up mistakenly
Contact your local post office for details
If still not found, send us the above confirmation via Etsy message so we can assist

Addresses in APO, AE, FPO, PR, VI, HI, GU, DPO, and AK may require an additional shipping fee. Please note that cancellations are not accepted due to these extra charges.
