Custom listing are to be paid within 48hrs of listng. If payment is not recieved the custom listing with be canceled.

My current turn around time is 2 weeks but due to the fact that I may need to order supplies for your order, I ask that you allow at least 2 weeks. Vinyl shirts will be shipped in 5-10 days.

I always suggest that you hand wash your embroidered shirts, but most people wash these shirts on a delicate cycle in cold water. I do suggest using a color catcher for dark colored shirts. Hang/ lay flat to dry and iron inside out

We do offer a rush order upgrade for a extra fee. We only accept a few during any given time to ensure that our turnaround time stays right at two weeks for non-rush orders. Please feel free to contact us if you need an order rushed.

We use quality blank boutique shirt for the majority of our listing. They run true to size and only go up to size 10. After size 10 we will use fruit of the loom or Gildan brand shirts. You can find a size chart in each listing by scrolling through the photos. The best way to find the perfect size is to lay a shirt down and measure from shoulder to bottom and armpit to armpit for width. If you have any further questions regarding size we are more than happy to answer them. I will not be responsible for ordering the wrong please use the size charts.

We do send design proofs for any personalized items to insure that your item is spelled, monogrammed and/or has the correct age

All order will be shipped with first class or Priority Mail depending on which shipping method you choose at checkout. All order will have tracking numbers, you can refer to the tracking email from Etsy once your order has shipped for more info on tracking. Please note that i am not responsible for lost or damaged package made my the USPS.
