I was looking for a bunk bed for my children in a less standard size (90x180) and came across this shop. Their model fits perfectly in my space. Thomas was very quick to answer my questions and even provided an additional sketch to help adjust it better to my needs. The best part, though, is the quality of the wood—it feels solid and smells like real wood, not the chemicals that some companies use.

I love the idea of this bed and was so excited for my daughter to grow up in this floor bed. The wood seems great quality however the 'fit' is awful. A bad jigsaw puzzle where the pieces just don't quite fit. Gaps in the slats which were my major concern for little fingers getting caught. I contacted seller and just shoddy response. Offering £30 back. Was such a laugh. Again. Love the idea of the bed I red the reviews and seen there actual shop..

The store owner did not communicate that there would be two packages, when one arrived I laid it all out only to realise half the bed and all the screws were missing. When the other half arrived three days later, I realised the wrong bed had been shipped. I communicated with the store owner, they only offered a tiny refund for a bed which now doesn't match the other furniture in the room. Really diappointed, should've just ordered from a cheaper place with more likelihood of receiving what I ordered.

Great product and beautiful finish. Instructions were difficult to follow and would have benefited from clearer labelling for screws etc.
