Soy Sarah, dueña y creadora de 'Two in a Tree'.
Me siento constante e irresistiblemente atraído por la naturaleza, me inspira, me satisface y me conecta con el espíritu.
Tiendo a seguir mi corazón cuando creo, a menudo dejando que el medio dicte mi dirección. Me encanta trabajar con acuarela, ya que este medio tiene su propia forma de evolucionar a medida que llega al papel. La fotografía juega un papel importante en mi arte, permitiendo que los momentos capturados sean revisitados y utilizados como inspiración.
Crecí en Inglaterra, donde mis estudios se desarrollaron en arte, diseño y cerámica. Me mudé a Australia en 1992 después de experimentar uno de esos viajes que cambiaron la vida a principios de los años 20.
Después de cumplir un profundo anhelo de tener hijos y una familia, he cerrado el círculo y he vuelto a mis pasiones creativas.
Dibujando instintivamente de mis fondos británicos y australianos, imágenes y motivos de
la naturaleza se abre camino a través de gran parte de mis obras de arte y diseños.
Con gran emoción, después de 10 años de trabajo feliz en un reino de imaginación y entre los juguetes más bellos del mundo, he tomado la decisión consciente de dejar atrás el 9-5 y comenzar un negocio propio. La tienda de juguetes fue una inspiración en sí misma y me llevó a diseñar una gama de tarjetas de cumpleaños de números infantiles.

hello there!
I’m Sarah, owner and creator of ‘Two in a Tree’.
I am constantly and irresistibly drawn to nature, it inspires, fulfils and connects me to spirit.
I tend to follow my heart when I create, often letting the medium dictate my direction. I love working with watercolour as this medium has it’s own way of evolving as it hits the paper. Photography plays an important role in my art allowing captured moments to be revisited and used for inspiration.
I grew up in England where my studies eventuated in art, design and ceramics. I moved to Australia in 1992 after experiencing one of those life changing journeys in ones early 20’s.
After fulfilling a deep yearning to have children and a family, I have closed the loop and returned to my creative passions.
Instinctively drawing from both my British and Australian backgrounds, images and motifs from
nature weave their way through much of my artwork and designs.
In great excitement, after 10 years of happy work in a realm of imagination and amongst the most beautiful toys in the world, I have made a conscious decision to leave the 9-5 behind and start a business of my own. The toy store was an inspiration in itself and lead me to design a range of children’s number birthday cards.
