The pieces were made quickly, and sent quickly as well, and they were high quality. The topper was great, and so was the base, though the holes were not in the base of the bottom, which did catch me off guard. It seems like it's easy installation, but it would have been appreciated to know that before I recieved the pieces so I could properly prepare.
