Custom and personalized orders
✅ Yes, we accept custom requests! Feel free to contact us to discuss any personalized or custom design ideas you have.
Framed Product Sizes
✅ For framed posters and canvas prints, the listed dimensions refer to the total finished size.
✅ The printed artwork itself will be slightly smaller.
✅ For unframed posters, the listed sizes are accurate to the selected option.
✅ For rolled canvas, additional borders will be included for stretching.
✅ Custom sizing is available upon request. Please contact us for pricing and details.
Do orders come with tracking information?
✅ Yes. Every order includes a tracking number, which will be provided once production is completed. You will also receive an email from Etsy containing your tracking information.
✅ Orders containing multiple large items may be shipped in separate boxes. These packages may arrive a few days apart. Each box will have its own tracking number, visible in your order details once shipped.
Cancellation & Return Policy
✅ Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
✅ Orders can be canceled within the first 12 hours after purchase.
❌ After 12 hours, production is likely already in progress, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
❌ Returns are not accepted, as returning items to our production partners overseas would incur import taxes that exceed the value of the product. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
❌ If the item is not damaged and the request is due to a change of mind, we are unable to offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
What if my print arrives damaged or gets lost?
✅ If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
✅ For lost orders, please verify the shipping address in your original order before requesting a replacement.
📷 For damaged items, please provide clear photos of the damage. This helps us assess the issue and ensures a smooth and fast replacement process.
Do I need to consider import taxes?
✅ Orders shipped to the USA and EU countries do not require additional import taxes.
❌ For countries that impose import duties on foreign goods, customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees upon delivery.
