Every rug is designed with care in my small workshop in Bhadohi, India. I don't make thousands of rugs—each one is made with time, patience, and love.
Are your rugs handmade?
Yes. Every rug is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Small differences make each rug unique.
Can I order a custom rug?
Yes, I'd be happy to make one for you. Just send me your preferred size, color, or design, and I'll do my best to create it.
How long will my order take?
I usually prepare your rug within 5–7 business days. Shipping time depends on your country, but I'll always provide tracking.
How do I take care of my rug?
Regular vacuuming is enough for everyday care. For spills, gently spot clean. Professional cleaning is recommended when needed.
Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
I try my best to show the true colors. Because every rug is handmade and every screen is different, slight color variations are normal.
Do you accept returns?
If there's a problem with your order, please message me first. I'll always do my best to find a fair solution.
What if my rug arrives damaged?
Please send me photos within 48 hours of delivery. I'll work with you to replace it or solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Is shipping free?
Yes! I offer FREE shipping worldwide on every order.
Will I pay customs duty or import fees?
For USA customers:
No. I ship your order DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so customs duty and import taxes are already covered. You shouldn't pay anything extra.
If a courier asks you to pay by mistake, send me the receipt and I'll refund the full amount.
For customers outside the USA:
Shipping is still FREE, but any customs duty or local taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
