Poppymoon Design graphics are designed for personal use, educational use, small business/commercial use. For commercial use , images have to be incorporated into your own creation and proper license is purchased or credit to my shop for the graphics used.

By purchasing Poppymoon Design graphics you are not purchasing the rights to the artwork. Poppymoondesign retains all rights of the artwork, title and ownership of the items. All the images i create are original and exclusive, do not copy or use my designs in a way that is not allowed.

COMMERCIAL USE-
Please note that the item purchased can be used in a new end product you create, as long as as it is significantly different from the original item.
You will be required to combine the purchased artwork with your own design elements to create unique work.
No images or patterns can be sold as is.

- CANNOT use my work to resell as Clipart, Digital Papers, Scrapbooking Kits or anything similar to the items to which i sell.
- CANNOT make freebie items with my designs, you CANNOT create free printable, free Scrapbooking Kits,
free Card making Kits, free Sticker pages.
- CANNOT claim artwork as your own.
- CANNOT use my images to make vector files, layered files, editable files, cutting files, clipart sets, digital paper sets, digital scrapbooking kits or similar, unless for your own personal use.
- CANNOT recolour designs to share, sell or give away.
-CANNOT use for print on fabrics, if you want to use images or patterns, your own elements must be added to final design.
- CANNOT sell any items where my images are easily extractable or editable, with or without alterations.
