Me subí a ETSY y abrí mi tienda. Recuerdo haber pensado para mí mismo.. "Puedo arriesgar .20 centavos" y nunca me he arrepentido.
Llamé a mi tienda Thymeline.

I have always enjoyed creating, designing, fixing & working with my hands. I am a ‘do it myself’ kind of person. I want to learn everything and dig hands & mind into every new thing I come across. If I see something I don’t know how to do, I am going to learn how to do it.
So just before my daughter was born I wanted to make something special for her as I had done for my boys. While I was making her blessing dress I though it would be so great to have a pair of crochet shoes to go with it. So I found Pinterest and started looking for ideas. It did not take long and I found the amazing resource that is Youtube. I watched my first crochet Youtube video and I found that I L♥VED IT. It came to me naturally and I couldn’t seem to get enough of it. Those shoes turned out SO cute.
I am a photographer (at heart) and wanted to make props and cute things for her to wear. I took more pictures then I can count of her and I made so many hats, then I discovered ETSY. My sister had already started a ETSY shop to sell her Honey Tea (www.honeyteathyme.etsy.com) and suggested that I should give it a try. I got on ETSY and opened my shop. I remember thinking to myself.. “I can risk .20 cents” and I have never regretted it. I love having a shop, I love creating / designing different hats and newborn sets for photographers.
I have been blessed to be able to be a homemaker. With 4 children under foot & having two businesses it can be a challenge. A challenge we are grateful for and it has given us the ability to teach our children to be self starters, to manage their earnings and to create and develop their ideas.
I grew up with entrepreneurial parents and have always gravitated toward being my own boss. So starting my own business was my next step. In 2005 my husband and I moved to Colorado and started our own trucking/transportation business. It has been a great blessing and has given us greater opportunity to work toward our goals.
Naming my business was a trip down memory lane. I grew up in a small town in Northern BC. My mom is an avid and very accomplished gardener. She l♥ves herbs and learned to use them in many different ways. Thyme was a word she used in her business and since I was creating a line of Props.. I named my shop Thymeline.
Thymeline is located in a small community in NW Colorado. I grew up in a small town and living in a small town has been a dream of mine since moving to the states. It is a perfect place to raise children. It has a wonderful group of wholesome people and its an adventurous place to live.
Creating beautiful and durable items is a critical part of my business. I take great care in making sure everything is done ‘right’. Having great communication and fast customer service is also very important to me. I do my best to answer all questions and concerns as quickly as I can. I believe that my customers deserve to receive the best quality I can make. I don’t send anything out that I would not be pleased to use myself.
Thank you for all your great support and for helping me to create and do something I L♥ve.
