All of our art pieces are handmade and made to order. Sterling Silver pieces takes 5 to 7 working days (excluding Weekend and Government Holidays) to finish and Solid gold pieces take from 1-2 weeks to be finished. Custom order need 1-2 weeks to finish. Thank you.

If you cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it, 100% of your order value shall be refunded. If you wish to return the product after that time period expires, we have to deduct certain costs as per our policies since the ring is made on your order. The deductions are Stocking fees 25% Custom Duty Paid 15% Shipping Charges The Charges may vary from region to region. You will have to ship the product back to us and once it reaches us we shall issue your refund.
