When I had a problem with my shipping address, the owner was extremely kind about changing it. The items are so cute and hilarious, really good quality. The only thing that surprised me was the size and price, as they are quite small, although I suppose having an even bigger asshole hanging from the Christmas tree would be a little much. Overall, I love them, and they are just funny and personal enough to make fantastic gifts.
