Knitting Pattern for Baby Hat

This knitting pattern is for a textured knit hat - completely knit in the round using circular knitting needles or double point needles. The hat is sized for either newborn to about 3 or 4 months and a size for 6 months to a year.

The pattern is a 6 round repeat. You will need to know how to knit, purl and knit 2 stitches together. You will also need to know how to knit in the round using circular needles or double point needles. The needle size is a US 6 with a short 14 or 16 inch long cable. The yarn used in the pattern is Sweet Delight Baby from Hobby Lobby. It is a lighter weight yarn.
