Frequently asked questions
What type of printing method do you use?
Unless stated otherwise in the product descriptions, we use DTF print for T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, bags and hats.
If the product has a defective or incorrect print, do you provide refund or a replacement item?
If the product or print error is caused by us, or if the personalization was not done according to the details you provided and was made incorrectly on our side, in these cases we will either reproduce the product free of charge and send it to you or, if you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will issue a refund. (NOTE: Issue should have been reported to us within first 14 calendar days of delivery)
If I don’t like the color or size of the product I received, do you offer a free exchange or a refund?
No, we only provide compensation if the error is caused by us. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you carefully see the size charts, color charts, and read product descriptions in the listings and make your decision accordingly.
Where are the products printed, and from where are they shipped?
They are prepared in Dallas, TX, and shipped from there.
Which shipping carrier do you use for the products?
We ship via USPS Standard Shipping. If you prefer expedited shipping, we offer this option for the relevant products. For an additional fee, we can ship using USPS Expedited service. Please note that expedited shipping does not shorten the production time; it only reduces the shipping time.
What should I do if the product is defective due to a manufacturing error?
You can contact us via message so that we can find a solution for you. First, we kindly ask you to send us clear photos showing the defective product. This allows us to review the situation and assist you accordingly.
If the item does not reach me due to an incomplete or incorrect address, will you send a replacement free of charge?
No. Entering a complete and correct shipping address is the buyer’s responsibility.
The order is shipped to the address provided in the Etsy order details.
If the carrier is unable to deliver the item due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a new order will need to be placed at the buyer’s expense.
If the shipping status shows “returned to sender/manufacturer,” will the item be handed back to the carrier and re-sent to the buyer?
No. Since our production partner does not have a return or recovery procedure at their facility, items that show “returned to sender/manufacturer” in the carrier’s tracking system are considered lost.
We are unable to re-send the same item in these cases.
Is it possible to make any changes to my order details after placing the order?
Due to the way our production system operates, we are unable to make any changes after the first hour following order placement.
This includes requests to update the product color or size, shipping address, or personalization details.
If you need to request any changes, please contact us within the first hour after placing your order.
