I am a black man, and I have always been told by family, society, etc. how I should feel about the world and how I should operate within it. I have been doing shadow work and realizing that I may not want to fit into any of these boxes. So I created a little simple set of exercises to evaluate how I genuinely feel about some seriously important topics. That is what these little workbooks are.
