Where can I download my files?
Once your purchase has gone through, you’ll be redirected to the Downloads page where you can find the ‘View your file’ link.
You will also receive an email from Etsy.
Alternatively, you can find your files at your Account - Purchases (https://etsy.com/your/purchases).
For downloading your files, please use Chrome or Safari on your device. The Etsy app does not support file downloads.
I haven’t received my files. Can you resend them?

I can’t open the file.
The file is in ZIP format and needs to be unzipped before use.
On Windows and Mac, you can simply double-click to unzip.
On iPhone, you can open it directly with the built-in “Files” app. On Android, some devices support ZIP natively, but if not, you can use a free unzip app such as WinZip or RAR.
The colours look different when I print.
Colours may vary depending on your printer model, paper type, and individual print settings.
Each printer uses different technology and ink, so the result can look slightly different from what you see on screen.

What print sizes are included?
You’ll receive different file counts depending on the version you purchase:
Signature: 1 high-quality JPG file, sized 12" × 12".
Basic / Light: 3 high-quality JPG files, each sized 12" × 12".
All files are provided as digital downloads.
How can I print my file?
• Print at home (if you have a colour printer)
• Local office stores (Office Depot, Staples, FedEx)
• Online print shops (Vistaprint, Shutterfly)
• Local professional print shop
When printing at home, make sure your settings are set to ‘Actual Size’ or ‘100% scale’ for the best results.
Can I edit the designs of the files?
No. You are not allowed to edit any of our pattern source files purchased from Soru Pattern Studio.

Can I share or resell my files purchased from you?
Commercial Use (by line)
Light/Basic: Commercial use is allowed for unlimited end products.
Signature: Commercial use allowed up to 500; 501+ requires an Extended License.
Permitted
Use the pattern as-is on physical goods.
Use in digital layouts only when combined with other elements and not extractable.
Not Allowed
Editing colors/elements or modifying the original file.
Reselling/sharing/redistributing source/original files.
POD/fulfillment platforms (e.g., Spoonflower, Redbubble, Society6, Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Printful).
License: Single, non-transferable license to you only.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes, we offer refunds or exchanges if the files have not yet been downloaded. However, we cannot accept refunds/exchanges if a buyer has already downloaded any of the files that come with the purchase.
