5 out of 5 starsWe had an issue with the digital product not coming through. And after purchasing it twice, we found that the size was not what we expected. I am giving 5 stars to Ali Raza and the loop well store for handling the issue with professionalism and excellent customer service. The patience and kindness given to insure that the my 85 year old mother in-law, who has been crocheting for over 70 years, had a replacement pattern, was above and beyond expectations.
