On a MAC, you can double click on the zip folder and it will unzip, use the files in new folder created. On a WINDOWS, right click on your .zip file and click "extract all", save to a new location, and use the files from that new unzipped folder. If you try to upload the .zip file or files from an unzipped folder, you will get an "unsupported file" message, so please unzip/extract your downloaded .zip file :) <<

*Pls Note: I test cut all my designs and make sure it works with infusible ink sheets. Because infusible ink sheets are thicker, I recommend using a newer blade. If need be, always do a test cut using scrap infusible ink sheets. Sometimes adjusting the pressure to "MORE" can help your machine cut through the infusible sheets better. DK Paper studios is not responsible for user error in cutting or creating the project. If user has any questions, please message me through Etsy messages and I'll do my best to help you.

You are ALLOWED to use my files to create any PHYSICAL end-product for personal use or for unlimited small business commercial sales. You can edit, cut, print to create apparel, drink ware, decor, cards, accessories, and more.

As soon as Etsy processes the payment (which is usually instant) An email is sent to you with the download link This is something I have no control over. Be sure to check your junk mail under the email that is on file with Etsy.

If you click on the order number on the screen, that often will refresh the page and a download file option will pop up.

Another way to find your download is to log into your Etsy account, then click on “You" then "Purchases and Reviews". The download will appear under past purchases.

Please note the corresponding programs and files below:

SVG - Cricut Design Space, Brother Scan N Cut, Silhouette Designer Edition*
DXF - Silhouette Studio (free version)**You need to be inside Silhouette Studio and upload from within the program for the file to upload properly.
EPS - Make The Cut, also for vector use in many design programs.
PNG - For printing and web use. .png is a universal file type. Crafters most use this file type for making stickers, tags, etc. Most used programs include Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, Paint (PC), Preview (Mac), etc. You will need to resize the PNG image to the size needed within these programs.

For all my files, I've divided different elements on different layers so that you can have the option to cut different colors for each element. For heat transfer projects on shirts, select the colors you want to cut together and click "attach". If you want just one color, select all the layers and click "attach" so that it cuts out at once on one sheet.
