Chemicals and contaminants can result in tarnished and dull-looking silver, so here is some tips:

Shower. It's not a great idea to shower with your jewellery on, but if that happens just make sure to thoroughly dry it after.

Swimming Pool. Chlorine is a pretty harsh chemical, so if you accidentally forget to remove your silver jewellery before hopping in, make sure to rinse and clean and dry it after.

Bonus Tip: Chemicals in lotions and perfumes can also cause your jewellery to tarnish. Apply them first, let them dry, and then put your jewellery on. This alone can make a HUGE difference in your silver's lustre. Follow this rule: Last On, First Off.

Over time, dirt, makeup residue and skin oil can build up on the surface of your beloved sterling silver jewellery and cause the metal to become dull and cloudy. So, regularly cleaning it can help prevent this undesirable effect.

We recommend using a sterling silver polishing cloth as it is pre-treated with gentle chemicals to restore silver's shine and brilliance.

For PLATED sterling silver, we recommend cleaning it with warm, soapy water and dry them well immediately. We do NOT recommend using a polishing cloth on plated jewellery as it will strip away the plating.

Proper storage of sterling silver jewellery could help preserve its shine and prevent the oxidation that can cause dullness and discolouration.

We suggest storing sterling silver jewellery in a small, airtight ziplock bag in a cool dry place. Avoid keeping jewellery boxes in the bathroom as the warm moist air can compromise the brilliance of your sterling silver. If you are planning on storing your silver jewellery for a long period of time, it is a good idea to thoroughly clean it before storing it.

Please don't store gold plated, rose gold plated or platinum plated together because different metals used to plate the jewellery may cause each other to tarnish.

Once the items are received in ORIGINAL CONDITION, we will issue STORE CREDIT. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible fo any loss in value. Store Credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost.

All jewellery comes presented in a clear air-tight jar and delicate organza bag or clear air-tight bag and tissue paper, depending on its shape and size.

To better reduce the waste, we may combine your multiple items in one packaging, but if you would like us to pack them separately, please leave us a note at checkout and we will make sure we follow your instruction.
